Thessaloniki, also known as “the Bride of Thermaikos”, is worldwidely famous for the archaeological treasure that is spread throughout the city. The White Tower, the  vast beach that is dominated by the statue of Alexander the Great, the catacombe of Saint Demetrios, Rotonda, the Seven-Yard castle, the famous Archeological Museum, the Aristotelous Square and the famous Thessaloniki International Fair are only few examples of the places that anyone that visits Thessaloniki should see.
The city’s relationship with the sea is unique. Every road in Thessaloniki lead to its port. The city is famous for its good food and nightlife.
